Our standard turnaround is 1-3 working days from case submission to setup delivery. Same-day turnaround is available for urgent cases. Complex cases involving surgical planning or extensive movements may require additional time, and we will communicate the timeline upfront.
We accept STL files from all major intraoral scanners including iTero, 3Shape TRIOS, Medit, Carestream, Planmeca, and CEREC. We also support OBJ, PLY, and DCM formats. Clinical photos can be uploaded in JPG, PNG, or HEIC format. If you have another format, contact us and we'll accommodate it.
We design setups for virtually any orthodontic appliance including clear aligners, TAD insertion guides, sliders, molar intrusion devices, bone-borne expanders, and more. If you need STL files for a custom appliance, just describe your requirements and our team will deliver.
We include unlimited revisions with every case until you are completely satisfied with the treatment plan. Use the modification request feature in the 3D viewer to specify changes, and our team will update the setup promptly at no additional charge.
